Behind Baja Alchemy is Anne Nungaray.
Anne Nungaray knows what it looks like to have everything running — and still feel like something is missing.
As an entrepreneur, certified yoga instructor, and organizational psychologist in the making, she's spent years at the intersection of business performance and personal growth. She came to this work through her own experience of burnout and reset, and she brings that lived perspective to every space she holds.
At Baja Alchemy, Anne leads the integration circles — the conversations that help you translate what you feel during the retreat into what you'll actually do differently when you return home. Her approach is grounded, direct, and rooted in one belief: that real transformation isn't about escaping your life. It's about seeing it more clearly.

The retreat was a community builder, emotional connection with yourself in a beautiful scenery.
Baja Alchemy was much more than a retreat. It was an experience that gave me the space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. Every detail felt intentional, from the setting to the conversations and activities. It created an environment where it was easy to be present, build genuine relationships, and leave feeling refreshed with a new perspective.
Baja Alchemy is giving yourself an opportunity to step out of daily life and step into nature and to look into your heart and see what really; is important in your life and learn tools or relearn tools like yoga and meditation to ground yourself so that you can then continue living in a more connected way, a life with understanding and meaning.

I have never participated in a Temazcal ceremony. Is this right for me?
Yes. While the Temazcal is an intense and deeply purifying experience, it will be led with profound care and intelligent guidance.
