The work
There is a kind of exhaustion that a vacation does not touch. It does not respond to a new morning routine. Baja Alchemy exists for that. A container small enough that nobody disappears in it, run by people who have been doing this for twenty+ years.
Every retreat follows the same architecture: move in the morning, open the afternoon, close the day in circle. What changes is the place, the length, and how far you are open to travel.

Anne Nungaray is an entrepreneur, community builder, creative, and founder of Baja Alchemy Curated Retreats. A lifelong entrepreneur and passionate creator of experiences, she is also the owner and operator of the multi award winning Shear Envy, as well as The Art Envy and Mono & Co. A certified yoga instructor and team building specialist, Anne brings a distinctive blend of wellness, leadership, creativity, and community building to every retreat. Her deep love of Baja inspired the creation of Baja Alchemy, which has evolved into thoughtfully curated retreats in inspiring destinations around the world.
