MAY 29–31 · ENSENADA, BAJA CALIFORNIA · 12 SPOTS
A 3-Day Reset for People Who Never Stop.
There’s a kind of exhaustion that doesn’t go away after a vacation. It doesn’t respond to a new morning routine. It lives somewhere deeper than that. Baja Alchemy is three days of space — to finally stop long enough to hear what’s already there.
Payment plans available from $262/mo

Curated Soundscapes: A lifelong musician, Jano builds up-tempo, immersive playlists that deeply integrate with the flow.
-
Personalized Attention: Known for his precise, hands-on adjustments to help you safely explore depth and alignment.
-
Radical Inclusivity: Highly accessible teaching that provides powerful variations for both absolute beginners and advanced practitioners.
Behind Baja Alchemy is Anne Nungaray.
Anne Nungaray knows what it looks like to have everything running — and still feel like something is missing.
As an entrepreneur, certified yoga instructor, and organizational psychologist, she’s spent years at the intersection of business performance and personal growth. She came to this work through her own experience of burnout and reset, and she brings that lived perspective to every space she holds.
At Baja Alchemy, Anne leads the integration circles — the conversations that help you translate what you feel during the retreat into what you’ll actually do differently when you return home. Her approach is grounded, direct, and rooted in one belief: that real transformation isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about seeing it more clearly.
