Service & Payment Policy

By reserving a space at Baja Alchemy Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following service terms and policies.

Reservation & Payment

Your space in the retreat is secured only upon receipt of payment through one of the available payment options:

• Full Payment (one-time)

• 3-Month Installment Plan

All reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity.

Installment Plans

Participants who choose the 3-month installment plan agree to complete all scheduled payments in accordance with the payment timeline provided at checkout.

If a participant chooses to cancel their participation after initiating the installment plan:

• All payments already made are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Any future scheduled payments will be canceled upon written request

Failure to complete remaining payments without formal cancellation does not constitute a cancellation of services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the limited capacity of the retreat and the advance commitments required for venue, staffing, and programming:

• All payments made toward the Baja Alchemy Retreat are strictly non-refundable

• No cancellations or refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Travel delays

  • Illness or injury

  • Personal emergencies

  • Change of mind

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that your purchase is final.

Transfer Policy

Reservations are non-transferable to other individuals unless explicitly approved in writing by the Baja Alchemy organizing team.

Approved transfers may be subject to an administrative processing fee.

Retreat Participation

Participants are responsible for:

• Arranging and funding their own travel to and from the retreat location

• Notifying organizers of any relevant dietary restrictions or health considerations in advance

• Ensuring that they are physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities

Baja Alchemy reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule or programming as necessary to ensure participant safety and experience quality.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in retreat activities—including but not limited to yoga, meditation, breathwork, and temazcal ceremony—may involve physical exertion and exposure to heat.

By attending, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities.
